This Eldridge Court home was completely reimagined through a full-scale renovation that prioritized light, flow, and livability. The existing structure was refreshed and refined to create a home that feels open and welcoming while maintaining a sense of comfort and ease throughout each space.

Inside, the layout was updated to better connect the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing natural light to move freely and creating an effortless flow for everyday living and entertaining. The kitchen was redesigned with crisp cabinetry, modern appliances, and durable finishes that balance practicality with style. Living spaces were layered with soft textures, neutral tones, and intentional styling to create a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere.

Bathrooms were fully renovated with clean tilework, modern fixtures, and thoughtful details that lend a spa-like feel, while bedrooms were refreshed to serve as calm, functional retreats. Outside, the backyard was transformed into an extension of the home featuring designated lounging and gathering areas designed for entertaining, relaxation, and year-round enjoyment.

Jose led construction with a focus on structure, quality, and execution, while Alyssa curated the design direction, bringing cohesion, warmth, and a sense of personality to every space, indoors and out.
