This Bay Ho residence underwent a complete transformation, inside and out. What started as a dated floor plan was reimagined by So‑Cal Design & Reno into a bright, open-concept home with seamless indoor-outdoor flow.

Every space was touched: from reconfiguring the layout to maximize natural light, to curating finish materials that bring warmth and modernity to the interiors. Outside, the backyard was redesigned to serve as a true extension of the home, perfect for entertaining and everyday living alike.

Jose led the renovation from demolition to final walkthrough, while Alyssa curated a cohesive palette that elevated every detail. The result: a home that feels brand new, but still grounded in the character of its original structure.
