The renovation opened up key living spaces to capture natural light and sweeping hillside views, while warm wood tones and organic finishes layered in softness and sophistication. The kitchen was fully reworked with custom cabinetry, slab countertops, and a designer vent hood that anchors the space. The bathrooms became serene retreats, balancing modern fixtures with timeless textures.

Jose oversaw construction with his signature attention to structure and flow, while Alyssa curated the visual story, bringing together light, balance, and intentional contrast across every room.
